Landmaus und Stadtmaus auf Reisen

Emily and Alexander visit their cousin Gemina on a farm in Australia. Gemina's friend Amy is a horse lover and especially loves the stallion Nicholas. Amy's father George has a new hobby - an automobile, of which there are hardly any in Australia. When Amy reads in the newspaper that the cars are displacing the horses more and more, she fears for Nicholas and runs away with him. George and his wife Christine go in search of Amy and have to realize that a car does not serve as well in rough terrain as a horse.
