Emily and Alexander are visiting cousin Noelle who is staying with Santa Claus and his wife. It's 1 day before Christmas and the mice are supposed to get the reindeer for Santa's sleigh. But these have stolen toy manufacturer Mr. Hendrik. He wants to prevent Santa Claus from not being able to deliver, so that everyone has to buy his toys. The mice try to free the reindeer from Mr. Hendrik's factory and meet Beate, the daughter of a worker in the factory.
